A score you can argue with
Every deduction is named, priced from a fixed table and stamped with the second it happened. It also says how much of the sheet it could see — “5 of 7 categories”, not a guess.

Upload a routine. Get a scored breakdown against the sheet you actually compete on — deductions, category by category, with the timestamp of every one — in about a minute. Your video is kept privately in your account so you can watch it back, on any device, with the notes on top.
Free to start, no card. Name, email, date of birth and a password is the whole sign-up. Or see a sample analysis first — no account needed.
Film it on the phone you already have. Before anything is sent, you confirm the people in it agreed. Up to fifty stills go to the scoring model; the video is kept privately in your account, for you and the people you share it with.

Watch it back on the phone you filmed with or on a laptop, with the timed notes underneath, for the length of your plan.
Photograph the judges' sheet after a competition and it is stored beside our score. Over a season you see how close we are, in writing.
Ask why a category scored low or what to drill on Tuesday. Each athlete's routines and notes collect in one place, so the season shows what improved.
Seven sheets are built in, each weighted the way it weights itself. Or build your gym's own.
BaseCount is not affiliated with or endorsed by any governing body or event producer named here. How routines are scored.
We email the parent a confirmation link. Until they confirm, the account cannot analyse a video or use the coach. They can withdraw at any time.
You confirm the people in the video, or their parents, agreed. Faces are not blurred, so we ask every time and keep the answer with the routine.
No public leaderboard, no public profile, no public link to a routine. Any team board stays inside the team, is off until the coach turns it on, and a parent decides for under-13s.
Stored privately in your account, encrypted, behind links that expire within hours. Kept 30 days on Individual, 90 on Gym; Free keeps none. Delete a routine and the video goes within a day.
Export everything as a file, or delete the account. Both from Settings, without emailing anybody.
Pasting a link to a public video instead? It is analysed as published, by reference, and never copied to your vault. The privacy policy has the detail.
Four ways in, because a coach with one team, a parent with one athlete and a gym with two hundred are not the same problem.
Film a full-out, get it scored against the sheet your competition uses, and see exactly where the points went — stunt by stunt, with the moment to rewatch. Track every athlete across the season.

Film your own athlete, see what a judge would take off and why, and keep every routine in one place. Nothing about them is uploaded without your consent, and you can delete it all at any time.

Score your own practice, watch it back with the notes on it, and track what actually improved across a season rather than how a session felt afterwards.

Coach logins for your staff, every team's routines in one account, and per-athlete tracking across the season. Tell us the size of the program and we will come back with what it costs and how long setting it up takes.
Start now and invite your coaches with one code, or ask a person first — they usually reply the same day.
The more you tell us, the more useful the first reply is. None of it is required beyond a name and an email.
Hi — ask me anything about how the scoring works, what it costs, or what happens to your video. If you leave an email I can follow up properly.
